These terms apply to accessing, booking, and using the services offered on poseidoncruisedanang.com. By submitting a ticket booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms disclosed before placing the order.

1. Parties and Scope of Transactions

The service provider is SEA VIET TRIP COMPANY LIMITED, Business Registration/Tax Identification No. 0402330657. The customer is the individual or organization booking and using the service. The website directly sells SEA VIET TRIP services and does not allow third parties to open stores.

2. Service Information

The service name, duration, departure schedule, meeting point, inclusions, conditions of use, price, and any applicable fees are shown on the product and checkout pages. The order confirmation governs the specific transaction. Images are illustrative; itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, maritime safety, requirements of competent authorities, or force majeure.

3. Contract Formation Process

  1. The customer selects the ticket, service date, and quantity.
  2. The customer reviews the service details, price, total amount, payment method, and contact information, and may make corrections before placing the order.
  3. The customer submits the order using the booking button and receives an order number on the website.
  4. The transaction is confirmed when Poseidon confirms availability through the confirmation page, email, telephone, Zalo, or WhatsApp using the contact details provided by the customer.

The customer must provide accurate and complete information and promptly report any errors. Poseidon may contact the customer to verify an order and may reject an order that shows signs of fraud, contains unverifiable information, or cannot be fulfilled. Any amount collected for services not provided will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the refund policy.

4. Poseidon’s Rights and Obligations

  • Provide the service in accordance with the information published and confirmed.
  • Clearly disclose prices, payment methods, conditions of use, cancellation/refund policies, and complaint contact channels.
  • Protect customer information, provide transaction records, and support information requests as required by law.
  • Adjust or suspend the service when necessary to ensure safety, provide prompt notice, and offer an appropriate rescheduling or refund option.

5. Customer Rights and Obligations

  • Receive complete information, review and correct the order before submission, receive transaction confirmation, and request support.
  • Pay using the selected method; arrive at the instructed time and location; and present the order number and necessary identification for verification when requested.
  • Comply with safety instructions, onboard rules, applicable law, and directions from the captain and operating staff.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or in a manner that endangers or adversely affects others.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, images, trademarks, and designs on this website are owned by or lawfully licensed to SEA VIET TRIP and relevant parties. They may not be copied or commercially exploited without prior permission.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

The parties will first seek to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or a competent court under Vietnamese law. This provision does not limit the consumer’s right to complain, bring legal proceedings, or exercise any other lawful right.

8. Language and Amendments

These terms are published in Vietnamese and English. If there is any difference, the version more favorable to the consumer will prevail as required by law. Amendments apply only from their publication date and do not reduce rights arising from previously confirmed transactions.
