Pricing & Payment Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
1. Pricing Principles
Ticket prices are displayed on the product, cart, and checkout pages before the customer places an order. Vietnamese dong (VND) is the primary listing and accounting currency. When the website displays USD, the USD amount is a reference conversion based on the system exchange rate at the time of access; the VND amount or the amount stated in the order confirmation governs payment unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
2. Prices and Costs
The price shown at checkout is the total for the selected number of tickets. Any taxes, fees, or surcharges must be itemized before the customer submits the order. Poseidon does not charge for electronic ticket delivery. Services outside the ticket inclusions are charged only when selected or agreed to by the customer in advance.
3. Payment Methods
The website currently supports cash payment at the check-in point or as instructed in the booking confirmation. Customers should pay only personnel or contacts confirmed by Poseidon and may request a transaction receipt as permitted by law.
If Poseidon adds bank transfer, card, or e-wallet payments, information about the provider, amount, recognition time, and applicable conditions will be displayed at checkout before the customer confirms the order.
4. Payment Confirmation
For cash payments, payment is recorded when Poseidon or its authorized representative has actually received the full amount. An order number does not by itself prove payment. Customers should retain the order number and payment receipt until the service is completed.
5. Payment Security
Poseidon will never ask customers to send passwords, OTPs, PINs, or complete card information by email, telephone, or message. If you receive an unusual request, stop the transaction and contact (+84) 346 969 648 or report@poseidoncruisedanang.com.
6. Discrepancies and Refunds
If there is a payment discrepancy, the customer should send the order number and relevant supporting documents to cs@poseidoncruisedanang.com. Eligible refunds are handled under the Service Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy; the preferred refund method is the original payment method unless the customer agrees to another method.
